How Is It Already The Last Week??

Hey, everybody! Despite it being a blast this has been quite the week emotionally and spiritually speaking.  Now... I didn't write as much in my journal this week so I'll try to be as specific as I can

On Sunday we have these things called Go and Do Experiences. Basically what we do is we have a paper that has all sorts of scriptures and talks on it that we look up, and it lasts like two hours, which sounds boring but it's definitely worth it. You're supposed to ponder and think about everything on it and it's so nice. While I was reading a scripture (I can't remember which one) I felt impressed to look at my patriarchal blessing. I won't go into details since it's sacred, but that was the moment that I knew that this week was going to be a very spiritual week.

I joined the choir! We sang More Holiness Give Me,  and it was beautiful. I felt a strong impression from the Spirit that I should bear my testimony in front of the choir, so I did. I told everyone that since I was a member of the all state choir, I know what it's like when a song comes together during a performance.  I told them that it will be a very strong feeling and that one of the ways that the Spirit has touched everyone in that room was by music at one point or another. I said that it would feel amazing that they were part of this, and that they had gifts. People came up to me and thanked me afterwards, and I was happy to be a part of their spiritual development.

In brother Woodbreys class we had some spiritual moments , and there was some tears. Some actual tears for the first time for me! And I'm not o e to cry easy! We watched a talk by elder Holland that was a little less known. It was when he visited the MTC and talked to them about Peter. He said that if we love the lord, we need to feed His sheep. Let me just say that after what I've gone through in the MTC, I am more than willing.

Lastly, we went to the temple today, and when I got to the celestial room, I had a little one-on-one with the Man Upstairs.  I received personal revelation about myself that I never could have thought of. Guys, the temple is one of the most amazing places on earth, and I am so thankful that Elko is gonna get one.

Man it's been a fun run with this district. I'm so glad to have known them, and I can't say that enough. These people, especially my comp, have changed me for the better. I'm gonna miss them, but while I do, I know that I'm gonna see them someday. We're just too tight not to have some sort of reunion.

Have an amazing week everyone; next time I email you, I'll be in the field. Thank you for all your support!
